In Papa's Pancakeria, the badge 'Warming Up' is given when you serve 5 customers pancakes. The next badge is called 'Flapjacks' and this is given when you serve 30 customers with pancakes . Later on in the game you can add grill mixables to pancakes such as blueberrries, bacon, chocolate chips and pecans.
