Kielbasa is one of five standard sausages that's made available in Papa's Hot Doggeria. It is unlocked with Rico when the player reaches Rank 11. The badge 'Kielbasa Pro' is given when you serve 30 orders with this sausage. 

In Papa's Hot Doggeria HD/To Go!, it's unlocked on the 2nd day of Starlight BBQ on both game.
